How do I care for my new artwork?

All prints and paintings are made with high quality materials. If handled with care, they will last a very, very long time (like pass-down-to-your-children long time).

Avoid touching prints and surfaces of paintings, clean hands or wear gloves when possible to avoid the oils from your skin coming in contact with the surface. Though all artworks are varnished to protect from UV damage, they will last longer out of direct sunlight. Keep works away from dust and frame works on paper ASAP.

When moving works on canvas, or framed works, it is always best to hold them by the wire on the back.

Framing: Museum quality glass is the most archival-friendly option; it is also the most expensive. But there is a wide range of framing options available to you to suit preferences & budgets. All prints are standard sizes and will fit in universal frames.


How much is shipping?

For limited edition prints, shipping is included in listed prices.

If you are interested in purchasing an original painting on canvas, shipping will be calculated during correspondence, according to size, weight & destination. If you are local to Melbourne, delivery or pick up can be arranged for framed or larger original works.


How long does shipping take?

This operation is a one woman show. I aim to get items shipped quickly but it does not always happen that way. Most items will be dispatched in 3-5 business days but can sometimes take 5-7 business days. You will be notified when your package is shipped.

Products are dispatched via Australia Post so shipping times may vary according to location. There can occasionally be delays, especially given the Covid-19 crisis. Please have patience and if you need an item immediately, contact me at kara.mandel3@gmail.com and we can sort something out. 


Do you offer returns?

Refunds or exchanges are permitted in the unlikely event that your art arrives damaged or faulty. If this occurs, please notify me within 24 hours of artwork delivery. However, I don’t provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
